How do I cancel my subscription? On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, tap Oratori, then Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund? Apple handles all refunds — visit reportaproblem.apple.com and pick the Oratori purchase.
How do I delete my data? In the app: Settings → Reset All Data removes everything local. For backend data, email gmohammed0020@gmail.com and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
Does Oratori work offline? No — audio is analyzed by our AI backend, which needs a network connection. Reminder notifications keep working offline.
Is my microphone always on? No. Oratori only accesses the microphone while you’re actively recording a drill. You can verify this in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
