Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 May 2026 · Effective: 6 May 2026

By installing or using Subly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app and don't use it. Apple's standard EULA for App Store apps also applies, except where these terms expressly modify it.

1. What Subly does (and does not do)

Subly is a personal-use iOS application that helps you track recurring subscriptions you tell it about. Subly:

Subly does NOT:

2. Account & data

Subly has no account system. There is nothing to log in to. Your subscription list lives on your device and (optionally) in your private iCloud container. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Subly Pro is offered through the Apple App Store as an in-app purchase. Pricing is shown in your local currency at the point of purchase. The current tiers are:

Apple processes payment, manages renewal, and applies refunds. To cancel, manage, or request a refund: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Subly. Apple's refund policy applies; we cannot issue refunds outside Apple's flow.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you cancel after, the remaining paid period stays usable until it expires; no pro-rated refund is automatic. Renewal occurs ~24 hours before each period ends unless you cancel.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Intellectual property

Subly, the Subly icon, the "no Plaid, no bank password" tagline, and all UI copy are © 2026 Mohammed Alquraini. Subscription data you enter remains yours. The brand artwork displayed alongside service names is sourced from the Apple iTunes Search API and remains the property of the respective service operators.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Subly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. The OCR results, voice parsing, and any monthly-equivalent calculations may be incorrect. Always cross-check against your actual statement before making financial decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subly's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for Subly in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost savings caused by a missed renewal reminder.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental damages — the exclusions above apply only to the maximum extent allowed in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will move accordingly. Continued use of Subly after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will surface material changes via an in-app banner or at the next time you open the app.

9. Termination

You may terminate by deleting the app and (if applicable) cancelling your Apple subscription per §3. We may discontinue Subly itself, or restrict your access if you breach §4 (Acceptable use). Termination does not refund a paid period; refer to Apple's refund policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides for a different forum.
