Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Migrena mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Migrena, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Migrena is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is intended for informational and tracking purposes only. Predictions, insights, and recommendations are based on pattern analysis and should not be considered medical diagnosis or treatment.

• Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from this app
• Do not use the app as a substitute for professional medical care
• In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Migrena Pro offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases:

• Weekly Subscription: Provides access to all premium features with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews weekly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase that provides permanent access to all premium features.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store.

4. Free Trial

If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, content, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Migrena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the practices described therein.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
