Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Migrena mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Migrena, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Migrena is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is intended for personal record keeping and informational summaries. Counts, comparisons, possible recurring contexts, and other insights are limited by what you record. They do not establish causation and must not be treated as a prediction, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or assurance about your health.

• Do not use the app as a substitute for professional medical care
• In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Migrena may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. The products, prices, currencies, durations, introductory offers, and eligibility shown in the purchase screen are supplied by Apple's StoreKit for your App Store account and territory. They may change and not every offer is available to every user.

• Auto-renewable subscription: Renews for the period and price displayed by Apple unless cancelled in accordance with the App Store subscription terms. A free trial or introductory offer applies only when StoreKit displays it and your account is eligible.
• Lifetime access: When offered, this is a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase for continued access to the included premium features under the Apple ID used to purchase it.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store.

4. Introductory Offers

If StoreKit shows a free trial or other introductory offer, the purchase confirmation sheet states its duration, subsequent price, and renewal terms. If you do not cancel before an auto-renewable offer ends, Apple charges the price shown for the next subscription period. Eligibility and treatment of unused offer time are controlled by Apple and the terms displayed at purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, content, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Migrena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the practices described therein.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
