Need help with Subly? Email hello@subly.app — we typically reply within 1–2 business days.
iOS Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Subly → Cancel. Apple processes the cancellation. Subly cannot cancel it on our side.
Open Subly → Settings → Data → Export as JSON. The file lands in your Files app and you can copy it anywhere.
Long-press a row → Delete to remove one at a time. To wipe everything at once, delete and reinstall the app — SwiftData clears with the bundle. If iCloud sync is on, also clear it via iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage → Subly.
OCR isn't perfect, especially with handwritten or low-resolution images. Tap the row in the Review screen to edit before saving. The image you uploaded is already discarded; we can't re-read it.
Subly's FX cache covers ~166 currencies. If yours isn't converting, force-quit the app and reopen — the cache may still be warming. If the issue persists for >1 hour, email us with your preferred currency code so we can verify it's in the live feed.
We don't have a copy of your subscription list — it lives on your iPhone and (if you opted in) in your private iCloud container, neither of which we can access. Bank-statement images are discarded after a single OCR read; nothing persists. The only data we hold is anonymous request logs (timestamp, status code, latency), purged after 30 days.
This happens occasionally when the same merchant appears in your bank statement under slightly different names ("AMAZON*MARKETPLACE" vs "AMAZON.COM"). Long-press the duplicate → Delete. We're working on better local de-duplication.
iOS Settings → Notifications → Subly → make sure they're allowed. Inside Subly, Settings → Reminders → tap "Test a reminder" — you should get one in 5 seconds. If not, the system permission was likely declined; iOS won't allow Subly to ask again until you toggle it manually.
Email hello@subly.app with: your iOS version, Subly build number (Settings → tap the version 5x), and a description of the issue. Screenshots help.
